Kelly Rowlands' Ms Kelly takes the #13 spot scanning 40,456..totaling 123,201. T-Pain's Epiphany slides to #17 scanning 37,943 totaling 439,520. Rihanna's Good Girl Gone Bad slides to #18 selling 37,493 units totaling 420.156.R. Kelly's Double Up drops to #24 scanning 27,718 units totaling 734,214.Fabolous' From Nothin To Somethin dips to #25 with 27,120 scans totaling 319,432.Album sales dropped 5% last week and were 11% lower than the same week last year.
